By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). Promotion and Eligibility Requirements

Promotion valid between 10/5/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 1/10/2027 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in: CO, ID, ME, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OR, or PR (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 18+ years of age or older. New Jackpocket customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on Jackpocket (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Jackpocket Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have never had a Jackpocket account; (2) sign up for a new Jackpocket account; (3) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; (4) if required, opt-in by clicking the appropriate link/button; (5) complete a first-time order (the “Original Order”) on Jackpocket to be eligible for a Bonus Reward.

Lossback Requirements

Upon completion of the Promotion requirements, qualified customers will be eligible to earn up to $20 back in Crown Cash when they place their Original Order. Original Order must be a first-time order of any available lottery tickets on Jackpocket during the Promotional Period.

Entire Original Order must lose to be eligible for a Bonus Reward. There are no limitations on the type of tickets eligible for the Original Order.

Lossback eligible for Original Order only. All orders placed prior to opt-in are void and cannot be retroactively added. Only the Original Order placed after opt-in will count towards the Promotion. Orders must be placed using cash from your cash balance to be eligible for this Promotion.

Lossback Reward Redemption

Customers who meet the Lossback requirements will earn their losses back up to a maximum of $20 in Crown Cash (the “Bonus Reward” or “Bonus Rewards”). Customers must have $20 in losses to receive the maximum reward.

• Customer’s entire Original Order must lose to be eligible to redeem a Bonus Reward. Meaning, if the customer orders multiple tickets in their Original Order, all tickets must lose to receive a Bonus Reward.
• By way of example: If a customer places an Original Order for a $2 Powerball ticket and a $5 scratch ticket, the order total is $7. If the customer’s Powerball ticket wins $2 and the scratch ticket loses, the customer’s order will not be considered a losing order and the customer will not receive a reward.
• By way of another example: If a customer places an Original Order for a $2 Powerball ticket and a $5 scratch ticket, the order total is $7. If the customer’s Powerball ticket loses and the scratch ticket loses, the customer’s order is eligible for a Bonus Reward and the customer will receive $7 in Crown Cash.

Fees are not included in the Lossback Bonus Reward. Only the original value of the tickets ordered in the Original Order are considered in the Lossback calculation, up to a maximum of $20. Qualified customers will be issued their lossback within 72 business hours of the end of the Promotional Period.

Bonus Reward Limitations

Crown Cash are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Crown Cash are site credits and do not represent real‑world monetary value. Crown Cash is earned by placing fantasy contest entries, wagering on DraftKings Sportsbook and Casino, wagering on GNOG, or placing lottery ticket orders via Jackpocket (each a “DK Platform”). Customers can choose when to use Crown Cash, but must select Crown Cash prior to placing an entry, wager, or order on a DraftKings Platform. Entry fees, wagers, and orders cannot be split between Crown Cash and cash from your cash balance in your account wallet. Crown Cash must be played or wagered 1x prior to withdrawal of any resulting winnings. For example, a customer places a wager of $5 using Crown Cash at +100 odds on Sportsbook and wins. The $5 Crown Cash stake will be converted to $5 cash, and the customer will receive $5 in winnings for a total of $10 in withdrawable cash. For fantasy contests, the Crown Cash entry fee is not returned to the customer’s account, in the same way a cash entry fee would not be returned for a fantasy contest. Crown Cash cannot be used in combination with any other promotional credits, tokens, and/or bonuses, and may not be eligible for use on all promotions, betting markets, casino games, fantasy contests, or lottery ticket orders. Crown Cash accrued from activity on DK Platforms expires on a rolling 12-month period (“Accrual Expiration,” exactly 365 days). Customers who are inactive on DK Platforms for a period of 12 consecutive months will forfeit their platform-accrued Crown Cash balance. The Accrual Expiration period will restart as soon as a customer places an entry, wager, or order with cash from their cash balance. DraftKings play, entries, wagers, and orders accrue Crown Cash at different rates, and some actions may not accrue at all. Use of Crown Cash will not restart the Accrual Expiration period.

Crown Cash issued from a promotion will expire according to that promotion’s terms. Crown Cash from this promotion expires 7 days (168 hours) after being issued. If a customer has received Crown Cash from other promotions, the Crown Cash allotment that expires first will be used first. Failure to use Crown Cash before expiration will void the reward and will not be reissued.

Crown Cash wagers on DraftKings Casino and GNOG do not contribute to leaderboards, any type of jackpot, and cannot be used for Electric Poker. Crown Cash earned on GNOG cannot be used on DraftKings and is only available for use on GNOG Casino. Limit one (1) redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in Jackpocket’s sole discretion. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or Jackpocket Terms of Use, will be determined by Jackpocket in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any unused funds deposited subject to the Jackpocket Terms of Use. All promotions are subject to the Jackpocket Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
